"Ana cared for both of our boys from the time they were 4 months old through preschool in a share care setup, and we could not have dreamed up a better caretaker for them—or for us. She is smart, loving, creative, and incredibly hardworking. I trust her completely and know my boys are better humans because of her! She supported us through every major milestone and transition, including bottle and milk transitions, dropping naps and feeds, moving to solids, and even the difficult biting and hitting phases. Most importantly, Ana helped us grow as parents; she offered expert guidance and suggestions while always deferring to us to make the final decisions. If you are looking for a safe, respectful, and expert environment for your children, we cannot recommend Ana enough."

“Ana is the most incredible person I could have hoped for to watch my little one. She started caring for my daughter and our nanny share baby when they were 5 months and 4 months. She really loved them like they were her own. She always treated us parents with such respect and did an incredible job at honoring our wishes and requests.
She helped us figure out the babies' sleeping, helped us with learning how to feed our babies when they reached that age. She always played with them and read to them. She would cook for the babies - creating healthy, baby-friendly meals and following any food restrictions so closely that we never, ever had to worry.
On top of being an incredible caregiver, she is also a lovely person and I loved getting to know her personally. She is so easy to get along with and talk to - it felt like having a friend in the house when she was with us.
It’s now been over two years since Ana took care of my little one - she is still very present in our lives and will always be part of our family. I cannot say enough good things about her!”

“Ana is an incredibly caring, compassionate, and sincere caregiver. She cared for our son from 4 to 21 months in a nanny-share. He developed positively both physically and emotionally under her care and looked forward to playing with her and the other kids every day. As first-time parents, we found Ana to be a steady and reliable sounding board who adapted easily as our son’s (and our own) needs evolved.
Ana’s guidance and support have been very helpful in moments of uncertainty. When our son went through a prolonged phase of weight loss, Ana worked closely with us on calorie enrichment, more frequent bottle feeding, and the early introduction of solids. Her calm, nurturing presence helped shape his happy and playful personality, which we witnessed along with her thoughtful daily updates.
Ana is proactive and deeply engaged with the children. She regularly took them to local music classes, museums, and storytime circles, and patiently taught Spanish and Baby Sign Language. Early communication helped to reinforce good habits and manners - like saying “please” and “thank you,” transitioning away from the pacifier, and cleaning up toys at the end of the day. Ana approaches each day with warmth, calm energy, and a genuine smile, and consistently goes the extra mile to make the children feel cared for and loved.”
